The processing of Personal Data by EXPAND CAPITAL will be for: (i) recruitment and selection of candidates to job positions, (ii) the sending, upon request by users, of newsletters, proposals for services and/or quotes, as well as (iii) information concerning the job positions or services, together the “Purposes”.
Completion of a form corresponding to any of the Purposes, and/or the sending of a curriculum vitae is deemed to be express permission and consent to the processing of the Personal Data provided.
If the user provides express advance consent to the processing of their Personal Data, such consent may, at any time, be withdrawn.
We undertake to carry out the processing of Personal Data only to the extent and for the time necessary to achieve the Purpose.
EXPAND CAPITAL will not request, nor does it encourage anywhere, the sending of Personal Data relating to philosophical beliefs or political party or trade union affiliation, religious faith, private life and racial or ethnic origin, nor processes data concerning health or sex life, including genetic data. In case these data are provided to EXPAND CAPITAL, we may not be held liable for its processing under the Privacy Policy.
The time during which Personal Data is stored and kept varies in accordance with the Purpose.
Personal Data processed for the recruitment and selection of candidates may be kept for the period necessary to fulfil such purpose. In case a candidate is admitted to join EXPAND CAPITAL, then his/her data will be processed in accordance with employment legislation or as necessary for the provision of services. In case a candidate does not join Expand Capital, the data may be kept for future recruitment processes, without prejudice to the right of the data subject requesting the deletion of data, at any time.
Personal Data processed for the purpose of sending newsletters, proposals, quotes or information will be saved for a period of at least 1 (one year) after the last contact with the owner of the Personal Data, without prejudice to longer periods if necessary to protect the rights of EXPAND CAPITAL.
In accordance with and within the limits set out in the GDPR and related legislation, data subjects have the rights to access their Personal Data, as well as to its rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and/or opposition to processing.

EXPAND CAPITAL is committed to ensuring the security and protection of Personal Data which is sent to us, and has adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures for that purpose.
EXPAND CAPITAL can confirm that these security measures are reviewed and updated depending on the needs and state of the art.
If, for some reason, there is a breach of security resulting, accidentally or unlawfully, in destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access to Personal Data, EXPAND CAPITAL shall without unjustified delay, and whenever possible up to 72 hours after becoming aware of the same and in accordance with applicable law, communicate such fact to the competent authorities. In the same way, EXPAND CAPITAL shall communicate the Personal Data breach to the owner of Personal Data, in accordance with applicable law.
Without prejudice to the transfer of Personal Data to third parties in the context of employment or service agreements and in compliance with the law, EXPAND CAPITAL does not transfer any Personal Data to third parties.
In the event EXPAND CAPITAL resorts to third party service providers who have access to its systems, EXPAND CAPITAL shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that such entities are reputable and offer high guarantees as to Personal Data processing, which will be duly addressed and provided for in a contract between EXPAND CAPITAL and the third-party.
In any case, EXPAND CAPITAL remains responsible for the processing of the Personal Data.
