Fatima has over 20 years of experience in the Financial Markets.
In 2000 she joined Banif Banco de Investimento. Fatima held different positions within the Group: from Head of Sales and Trading to Head of Equity. Before that, she joined Ascor Dealer (the 1st Brokerage Firm in Portugal) to start-up the International Institutional Equity Sales Desk.
Fatima started her career in 1991 in Wall Street as a stockbroker for Shearson Lehman Brothers.
From 2008 to 2012 she was a Board Member of the Portuguese Investment Association.
Fatima holds a business degree, cum laude, from Manhattan College in New York, with a major in Finance. In 1998/1999 attended the MBA program of Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Finance.
